The penthouse

Terraza Fuengirola is a 180 m² penthouse in the Los Boliches neighbourhood of Fuengirola (Málaga), with five bedrooms, three bathrooms and room for 12 guests. The bright living room, with its corner sofa, opens straight onto the terrace. The living-dining room has a TV and wifi, and the kitchen is fully equipped (hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, crockery and cookware) with a breakfast bar facing the dining area. The terrace, with sea and mountain views

The private terrace is the heart of the penthouse: it has sea, town and mountain views, a gas barbecue, an outdoor shower, a lounger area and an outdoor dining table for 12 guests under the pergola, plus a covered dining area. It opens directly from the living room. Smoking is allowed on the terrace (not indoors) and, out of respect for the neighbours, guests are asked to keep noise down after 23:00.

Bedrooms, beds and bathrooms

The penthouse has five bedrooms and eight beds: three bedrooms with a double bed (coral, green and beige), one bedroom with two single beds (grey) and one bedroom with three single beds and a cot (blue). The three bathrooms have a shower or a bathtub, and some have double sinks. Quality bed linen, towels, shampoo and a hair dryer are included, and the bedrooms have storage space. For families there is a cot, a travel cot and a high chair.

Communal pools, gardens and garage

Guests have access to the complex's facilities: gardens, a tennis court, two large communal swimming pools and a children's pool. The pools are open from early June to the end of September, with these opening hours: 1 to 30 June, 11:00 to 20:00; 1 July to 31 August, 11:00 to 21:00; and 1 to 30 September, 11:00 to 20:00. Outside those dates the communal pools are not open. Four garage parking spaces are included with the stay.

A supermarket (HiperCor) is 450 m away, cafés and restaurants are within a 10-minute walk, the marina is 1.2 km along the promenade and Fuengirola town centre is 1.5 km away. By car, Sohail Castle and the Bioparc are about 10 minutes away; Benalmádena and Puerto Marina, 15; Mijas Pueblo, about 20; and Marbella, about 30.

Getting here: C-1 train, airport and car

Los Boliches Cercanías station (line C-1) is an 8-minute walk away. From there, direct trains run to Málaga Airport (about 30 minutes) and to Málaga city (about 45 minutes). By car, the airport is about 25 minutes away. Local buses also connect Fuengirola with Benalmádena and Mijas.
